HEROAL Profile series 065 and 090
Profile series 065
Insulating aluminium profile series for residential doors as well as doors with a narrower visible width. The glazing beads are flush and recessed. External glazing seal is minimally visible thanks to the lip seal being made of EPDM foam.
Profile series 090 Softline
Insulating aluminium profile series for exclusive doors and house entrance doors. Attractive appearance. Door profiles with externally recessed and special profiling. Glazing bead is flush. External glazing seal is minimally visible thanks the lip seal being made of EPDM foam.
Quality features of the profile series 065 and 090
- Stable and safe
thanks to its 82mm thick, stable 3-chamber aluminium profile (series 090). Every profile corner is connected with two corner angles. Safety glazing bead improves the protection against burglary.
- Heat insulation
thanks to its insulated profiles (insulation strips made of fibre-glass reinforced polyamide). Additionally, the threshold is thermally separated and the floor seal is vertically adjustable. The outstanding 3-way sealing system effectively protects from heat loss and saves heating costs.
- Comfort and durability
thanks to the three stable 2-part aluminium door hinges which are permanently connected to the profile with massive chuck pieces.
- Surface
All colour coated profiles from Heroal's “heroa-dur 3S” system offer optimal protection from the weather, and are characterised by their long lifespan and very low maintenance.
